RETURN POLICY
Upon presentation of this sales receipt, merchandise in original condition & packaging may be exchanged or returned for credit within 45 days of sale.

Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Cash/check refunds will be refunded by Simms company check within 14 business days.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Special Order items can be returned for Store credit only. Engraved or otherwise personalized items are not returnable or refundable. Dog House items are not returnable or refundable.

SALES & USE TAX
Simms does not collect New Jersey sales tax on merchandise purchases that are shipped out-of-state. This likely does not release you from tax responsibility. You should check with your local and sate taxing authorities to determine your responsibility for claiming purchase for proper use tax reporting.
